P & P General Contractors was founded in late 2024, by two ambitious individuals who believe that they can shake things up within the industry as well has make a real impact within the St. Louis Community. We’ve got over 25 years of industry experience, a drive to see positive change in the contracting space, and a heart for the people we serve.
What We Do
We are passionate about being best in class in every aspect of our business. Our specialties lie in Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling, LVP & LVT Floor Installation, and Investment Property Make-Ready’s.

Paul Pennington – Chief of Operations
Paul moved to St. Louis in 2012 from his home in Hawaii. He wears many hats within the company but can be found on the phone with clients when he’s not working on site.
After leaving Hawaii, Paul takes time to spread the idea of Aloha throughout St. Louis and the metro east, being active in Rotary Club as well as consistently volunteering his time to charitable organizations year round.
Jeremy Plaster – Chief Foreman
With several decades of industry experience. Jeremy leads all the projects that P&P takes on. With a diverse set of skills, Jeremy is a master at finding creative ways to get the job done.
Having been raised just outside the city, Jeremy has called STL home his entire life. After travelling the world as a champion arm wrestler, Jeremy knows how to bring a champion mindset to everything he does.
